The site is located in the Milliaires district in the North-West of the municipality of Beaucaire

It is bordered by Avenue Avitus to the East and by Chemin des Romains to the South

The shopping center Les Milliaires consists of 3 buildings and a central parking area

The commercial activity park FORUM in Beaucaire suffered from a lack of attractiveness and attendance linked to insufficient marketing and visibility and outdated architecture

For this reason we were commissioned in order to allow a commercial revitalization

The objectives of the renovation of the commercial activity park FORUM focused on

– improving accessibility and vehicle circulation on the site to better capture the flow linked to CARREFOUR located to the North of the park

– enhancing the customer journey from the entrance of the site to the shop windows

– improving parking and customer access to the shops

– improving pedestrian circulation along the shops and between the 3 buildings

– improving the visibility of the signs and shop windows

– renovating the façades outdoor spaces and signage
