At the request of Altarea, ZUO was asked to make a renovation proposal for this large urban complex, made up of residential and office towers set on top of a commercial podium.

This project was won by Unibail-Rodamco, who later built the project (So Ouest).

The chosen architectural concept consists in magnifying the existing podium by giving it an unity that it currently lacks.

The kindergarten located on the terrace inspired the chosen approach, that of a large wooden vessel, where the entrances become very present thanks to a system of monumental glazed canopies and intersecting wooden planes.

It was also necessary to give the center visibility on the main axes, particularly from Rue Victor Hugo.

A small glass tower with a generic architecture is found at each entrance and at the intersection with Rue d’Alsace, as a signal for the center.

From further away, from Porte d’Asnières, the Courselor building becomes at the urban scale the landmark of the
