The project consists in creating a commercial and leisure park to complement the shopping center of Saran

The project is organized as an ellipse around a central parking area and extends along the North façade of the hypermarket

A protected promenade borders the façades which face the central space

The complex brings together medium-sized specialized retail units and shops

In addition to these commercial activities the park integrates leisure activities around 2 200 m² and restaurants around 1 700 m²

The project establishes a radical break with the built environment yet is placed in harmony with the surrounding landscape

The natural ground seems to have risen without disappearing allowing at the heart of the ellipse it draws the installation of the expected commercial and leisure spaces where large fragments of landscape seem to have been spared in the middle of a generously planted parking area

The shops installed along the entire perimeter form a case around the central landscape

They constitute unique blocks with a façade treated in a homogeneous way

The outer mall is a long promenade that follows these façades which unfolds into the landscaped central park acting as a place of breathing walking discovery and relaxation

The architecture evokes the image of a clearing in the woods

The façades of the shops are designed according to a vertical grid mixing two materials wood and mirror-finish stainless steel

The wooden blades recall trees and the reflections in the mirrors create a transparency effect mixing the sky and the vegetation present along the mall
