Located on avenue Nina Simone in the Hippocrate development area, a highly privileged location for demanding companies, plot M is at the heart of an exceptional environment at the scale of the Metropolis.
The building is intended to host office spaces on the upper floors, and services, shops and office activities on the ground floor.
Well exposed along avenue Nina Simone, the future building will be particularly remarkable, at least in the primary sense of the term.
Surrounded by four roads and forming a block on its own, the project offers four distinct façades, each with a specific cardinal exposure (North, East, South and West), calling for an adapted and innovative architectural treatment, combining environmental performance, user comfort, functionality and urban integration.
Starting from a prism derived from the shape of the plot, the building appears sculpted from the mass, with several cut angles, with notches and projections on each of its faces.
These cutouts lighten and suspend the block, forming recesses at the lower levels and sheltered terraces and projecting loggias at the upper levels.
The multiple aspects of the building rely on the notion of well-being in the workplace, with numerous shared spaces located between the interior and the exterior.
