The project concerns the development of the Jacquart block site in the heart of the Créteil-l’Échat district in Créteil. This mixed-use project of 43,000 m², located at the interconnection between metro line 8 and the future line 15 of the Grand Paris Express, aims to strengthen urban dynamics and open a new architectural era for a city known for the great diversity of its urban forms.

On an active podium, a true extension of the city, the Jacquart Tower develops offices, housing (residences for young professionals and students), retail units, a hotel, and a sport-health cluster.

The sport-health cluster, around 5,000 m², brings together an economic and sport-start-up pavilion, research laboratories, and an unprecedented facility in southern Paris: a multi-sports sand hall opening onto the heart of the block — a true square of a “city within the city”.

Environmental ambition is also central to the project and to the design of an innovative and highly efficient ensemble within a global environmental approach.

Aiming for the highest environmental certifications (HQE, BREEAM, and WELL), the façades of the building are active, equipped with wind-breaks and sun-breakers integrating photovoltaic panels. Combined with very low energy consumption, this local electricity production allows the building to target autonomy for most of the energy required for its primary needs (ventilation, cooling, lighting).
